Here it is December, where has time gone. I just realized this a.m. I have not posted pics of our new home, where we moved to in May. I am really bad at blogging now :( Preston is doing great! He did have a cold, but other than that, he is doing well! We are so thankful for that.Missie loves Union Bible Academy. She has moved into the dorm so she won't have to drive 1 1/2 hrs/day and during winter it would have been hard. She loves living in dorm and having her friends there. She is in choir and absolutely loves that and travels when they travel. She is maintaining a B average, and that is great! It was a big switch to switch from ACE cirriculum to textbooks, but she has done very well. We love our home, and spending our first holidays in it! Will post some pics.

Sunday night experience!

Well, last night we were on the way to church and 3 dogs ran out in front of Jr. and one was quite a big dog. He slammed on the brakes and the homemade chicken noodle soup that was in the between the middle seats flew to the front of the van and spilled all over everything. What a mess! So we had to come back home and clean the most of the mess out of the van, and thankfully none of us got much of it on us. So I grabbed 2 cans of tuna, and mayo to take and make sandwiches after church. They didn't need them as there was stuff left over from a wedding reception on Friday night. But we were late for church! Preston hates being late. But it doesn't happen very often. They had started singing the first congregational song when we got there. So the inside of the van is a mess; Jr. and Missie has to scrub the floor when Jr. gets home tomorrow. Preston stayed so calm through the whole thing, it was so amazing. He is such a different boy. I was more upset than he was! So tonight, Jr. and Missie have to scrub the carpet in the van. It will probably smell like chicken soup for a while.

Today I have washed lots of clothes, and still drying some. I vacuumed through and mopped kitchen and bathroom, washed dishes, made beds, put some auctions on ebay. I have sold of my cards on there lately so got brave and put several more on today; hoping to sell them. I don't make a lot of money on them, but every little bit helps, and it is theraputic for me to make them.

Preston is outside sitting in his swing, and Missie has been playing outside all day. I gave her spring break this week as public schools are on spring break.

So I am chilling out on the computer!

I'm so sorry about the mishap with the coup. Some things just do not go as we have planned. If you want to read about my change of plans read my blog http://averyivorypalace.blogspot.com/

but God always has a reason.
