Well, it is Tues. Jr. has not had any work so far this week. But Walmart called him yesterday, they are calling his references, etc. If he gets this job he will be working 3rd shift. That will be hard for him, and hard for me to get a lot done during the day when he is sleeping. But it will be a job, and he has to have a job! We are just living week to week, not knowing how we will pay our bills, but so far so good. Bro. Mowery preached about trusting the Lord Sunday p.m. and how well we could relate to that! Junior also applied for unemployment from SC and if he gets it it will be $261/week. That would barely be enough, but I will take it. It is much easier to stretch some money than none at all, LOL. I learned a long time ago how to get the most out of a little money! So far my mom has been paying most of Missie's school bill, so thank the Lord for that. God does supply!
It is cold here now, and we have had to turn on our gas heat. Have no idea how high these gas bills will run; our hot water heater and range (stove) is gas too. Time will tell.
I will give Preston his shower today, and then he is riding with his daddy to put in some more applications for jobs. He enjoys just getting out and riding and seeing things.
So that is all I know right now; will post if and when Junior gets a job! God is in control.

Dear Norma and family,
Sorry its been so long since visiting you and hearing all your news. I love the new layout here - its very autumnal and I just love that.
Am so sorry to hear that Junior is out of work - I am sure your prayers will be answered and all will come right again. Work over here is getting bad - a friend of ours just missed redundancy but has now been put on a 3 day week - still we must be grateful for what we have mustnt we - as you say some money is far better than no money.
I have found a new home but cannot remember the link so will post it tomorrow so you can come visit sometime if you would like to.
You are often in my thoughts and it sounds like Preston had a lovely time at church supper . Am so pleased him and Missie are doing well. Your new house looks lovely and you have those trees in your backyard - how beautiful.
Take care, will visit again soon.
Blessings to you Norma,
Janette
